History Fermentation with gentle maceration. After malo-lactic fermentation, this wine was aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels - Allier.
Viticulture The freshness of the palate is complemented by the smooth and elegant tannins, which are typical of the best Dão wines. Very smooth, pleasant and persistent.
Enology Serve between 16º and 18ºC. Goes well with red meat, oven roasts.
