History Fermentation with gentle maceration. After malo-lactic fermentation, this wine was aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels - Allier.
Viticulture Colour: Ruby / Aroma: Red fruit, earl grey note, smooth toast / Palate: The freshness of the palate is complemented by the smooth and elegant tannins, which are typical of the best Dão wines / Tasting note: Very smooth, pleasant and persistent
Enology Serve between 16º and 18ºC. Goes well with red meat, oven roasts.
